All our customers have a username and login for this site, it enables them to log calls themselves and check on the status and history of all calls logged by their company.

Access to this software uses a non-standard internet port, if you have a firewall that restricts outbound connections as well as inbound connections then this may show as an unavailable page. Once signed up we will be able to configure your firewall so you can take advantage of this service.
